Back yonder when I kicked boxed. My little ass didn’t reach a high level but I bloody enjoyed it and still to this day no matter where I’m training, especially when traveling, I always warm up with shadow boxing and shadow kicking, like here on a hostel rooftop in Nepal.

It loosens joints, warms and stretches and it also focus your mind and muscle (Arnie’s preachings)
