CrossFit bands are great for traveling. Light, cheap, train anything anywhere plus they marry up as a backpack band to carry stuff

I found this shoulder and arms workout spot on. Burning the shoulders with a 3’s superset destroys them, work the bi’s and tri’s as a muscle pair, shoulder press ups to work all for finish.
