Ingredients

  • ½ lb. green beans, ends trimmed
  • 1½ tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1½ tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp. lemon zest
  • Himalayan salt and herbs (to taste)

Directions

Steam green beans until tender-crisp. Remove from heat and toss with oil, lemon juice, and zest. Season with salt and herbs. Serves 1.
