RESET FOOD RECIPE | Braised Greens

  • 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ clove garlic
  • ½ bunch greens (e.g., kale, collards, or chard)
  • ¼ cup vegetable broth or water
  • ¼ tsp. Himalayan salt


Heat olive oil in large sauté pan. Add garlic. Stir and cook for 1 minute. Toss in greens and cook 1 more minute. Add broth or water and salt and cover. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes until tender. Uncover and cook 1 minute or more, depending on how tender you like your greens. Serves 1.
