Neve the less here in Kathmandu in a little private hostel room after weeks of a dorm, always good to take a break and personal space, I find blasting out a sevens routine using the CrossFit band aches the bi’s for the next day

  • 7 from 90degree to chin
  • 7  full bicep range
  • 7 from things to 90 degrees

Slow negative phase, 5 sets. Mix in with some tricep dips for back to back muscle pair working.
